Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., the world leader in advanced memory technology, announced today that it has begun mass producing its 128-gigabit (Gb), 3bit multi-level-cell (MLC) NAND memory chip using 10 nanometer (nm)-class* process technology this month. The highly advanced chip will enable high-density memory solutions such as embedded NAND storage and solid state drives (SSDs).

삼성전자가 이번달부터 고성능 '10나노급(1나노:10억분의 1미터) 128Gb(기가비트) 낸드플래시 메모리' 본격 양산에 돌입했다. 삼성전자는 128Gb 3bit MLC 낸드플래시 양산을 통해 대용량 내장 스토리지와 SSD 시장을 본격적으로 확대하여 기존 64Gb MLC 낸드플래시 시장을 빠르게 전환시켜 나갈 예정이다. 삼성전자는 2012년 11월에 10나노급 64Gb MLC 낸드플래시를 양산한 데 이어 5개월만에 두 배 용량의 10나노급 128Gb 낸드플래시 제품 양산에 들어갔다.
RC Power Supply

I needed a power supply for my RC gear as I worked on it at the bench, and batteries are a hassle... so I put this little 5V supply using a 7805, some caps and a diode to protect the input from reverse polarity. I just tested it with a Wal-Mart 120AC-9DC power supply and with a 9V battery and, at least at bench distances, I get the same servo jitter with both.
