Don't know anything about motorbikes but I do know that this one is carrying the current Manchester registration mark. The "UWL" ending would of signified a vehicle issued in Oxford prior to September 2001.
Seen parked just outside the multi-storey car park on Tib Street on Tuesday 3rd May.
