These two men were sitting next to us. Chubby men in their mid-thirties, who frequent comic book stores and play complicated video games online every night. Possibly they still live with their moms.
Anyway, they *loved* Spiritualized. And being there seemed like it was the best thing that had ever happened to them. Had it been a different show or if I would have been feeling grumpy, their ecstasy probably would have been completely irksome. They were so naive-seeming, though, and it kind of made me love the show more, and also them.
