The season also includes performances by the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and a Christmas devotional by the First Presidency (the Mormon prophet and his two counselors). A musical production called Savior of the World portrays the Biblical account of Jesus’ birth and his resurrection. This production has been performed for fourteen years on Temple Square.

They have an amazing collection of musical instruments here, Gertrude Seiberling was active in the music community at the time and frequently held concerts in this room. If you're into old instruments, especially unique and experimental ones, check it out.
Every once in a while Chrissy and I get inspired and try to get permission to organize a concert series, but no luck so far.
